Alcan recognizes the wide variety of hazards present in today’s electrical industry and workplace. With the singular goal of providing a safe work environment, through our affiliations with NECA and the IBEW, our employees are provided with training for:

In addition to ensuring compliance with all Federal and State safety requirements, Alcan developed and maintains a formal Safety Program called “Safety Zone”.  This safety program is comprehensive in scope, covering both safety and health issues. It is also flexible in nature to meet the safety requirements and concerns of each individual project and customer. Project specific safety meetings are held weekly at construction sites. Management and supervisory safety meetings are held to review operations and project safety requirements. Our continuous commitment to encouraging our employees to work safe in the “Safety Zone” is what makes Alcan the best choice to have on your next electrical or telecommunications project.
